We believe in supporting both buyers and sellers — fairly and responsibly.

Marketplace Purchases (Independent Sellers)

Most products listed on Handmade Soko are sold by independent sellers.

When you purchase from a seller:

  • Your transaction is directly between you and that seller
  • Each seller sets their own return and refund policy
  • Seller-specific policies are available in their shop

We encourage buyers to review seller policies before purchasing.

If a dispute arises, we encourage buyers and sellers to resolve the matter directly.

Where marketplace rules are violated, Handmade Soko may:

  • Review reported issues
  • Issue warnings
  • Suspend or remove seller accounts

However, while we support fair resolutions, , Handmade Soko does not guarantee refunds for marketplace transactions.

Items Purchased from the Handmade Soko Shop

Products sold directly through the Handmade Soko Shop are subject to a separate Return & Refund Policy.
